1. Delivery
- Hataoo may provide QR-based physical items (such as stickers or printed materials)
- Orders are shipped to the address provided by the user
2. Order Processing & Shipping Time
- Orders are dispatched within 2 working days
- Delivery timelines range between 2 to 6 working days, depending on the delivery location
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499
4. Order Tracking
- Order tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched
5. Digital Services
- App-based services are delivered instantly
- No shipping is required for digital features
