Refund policy

Hataoo, operated by Plexus Technology, maintains a strict no-refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.
1. No Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds once an order is placed and processed
- All purchases made on Hataoo are considered final
2. Replacement Policy
We only provide replacement under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged during delivery
- Product is defective
- Wrong item has been delivered
3. Replacement Conditions
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer must provide photo/video proof for verification
- A ₹100 shipping charge per pack will be applicable for replacement
4. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect product was selected by the customer
- Used or tampered products
- Minor variations that do not affect product functionality
5. Digital Services
- All digital products/services are non-refundable
- Once delivered, no cancellation or refund will be provided
